NAFCO and Wolf Point Engineers worked together to fully engineer, procure and construct the conveyor 10 and 11 replacements at Sooner Generation Plant. NAFCO detailed, fabricated, assembled and staged structural steel and over 2,100 feet of 12.5′ diameter tubular galleries containing two 36-inch conveyors to support a ten week outage installation. During the ten weeks, NAFCO and WPE demolished all existing conveyors and completed the installation and start-up of the new.
